Extremely tidy and accommodating staff with a cute local atmosphere.

Lively family-friendly property with excellent staff on the night shift on reception.

It is very close to the bars, clubs and restaurants. The apartment was nice and spacious. The views are lovely from the apartment all rooms are either pool or sea view. Rooms are air-conditioned and staff are friendly. Great apartments for groups or young and lively as you are surrounded by night life!

They only drawback was that they only changed the bed clothes and towels once during our 2 week stay which meant we had to handwash everything to keep it fresh.

The reception staff seemed genuinely confused by my presence, as though I wasn't deserving of their time, and why was there no kettle in the room? It's 2024, for goodness sake! I expected at least a complimentary welcome drink due to the endless noise from the partyers outside, but alas, none was offered, just disappointing.

Just arrived back from staying at the Deya, brilliant location, staff very friendly, especially the lady who works in the pool bar, great tv room downstairs for when ya need a break from the sun. Good size rooms, its not the lap of luxury, but for young ppl going on hols, the deya are perfect. Would recommend them, nd will def be back nxy yr....

The staff are very friendly and the apartments are in the centre of santa ponsa.

i taught the pool water was a bit dirty and there was a few broken tiles on the side of the pool which i cut my foot open on.

The apartment had an amazing sea view, made every morning special. The kitchenette was convenient for quick meals, and the spacious layout allowed for easy movement around the place. Plus, the proximity to shops and restaurants made it easy to explore the area without needing transportation.

Noise from nearby parties was disruptive.

Great pool and central to everything

very nice clean we were happy to stay at deya chirldren had a great time in the pool a lovely place and we will return also the staff are helpful and kind.................

The room was spacious with a generous balcony overlooking the pool, perfect for soaking up the sun. The kitchenette was functional with a decent fridge/freezer.

Noise was an ongoing issue, especially from parties in surrounding rooms and the nearby strip. Cleaning services were lackluster. The room decor was basic and could use some updates, and some extra bedding was missing initially, a small hassle. Plus, the fact that cash was required for deposits felt a bit outdated and inconvenient considering we're in 2024.

Had a blast with friends! We enjoyed banana boats and other thrilling water sports. If you want some lively entertainment, check out the Saints Bar for DJs and fun contests. The apartment was a good base, and the pool area was clean and chill.

I enjoyed the fact it was so central to everything. Was pleasant staff too.

I did not like the noise at night. The hotel was facing a club which opened till 6am, it was unpleasant trying to sleep whilst this was going on.

Tbh, had a brilliant stay for family vacation. Location: the hotel was very close to the centre of night life and early morning life, the Deya Apartments on the other side of the town and a subway, Mcdonalds and a burger king. It was good to be 1 km away from Sunburger, serving short-orders.

great value but noise may disrupt rest

The apartment provided an excellent sea view that brightened our mornings! The air conditioning worked flawlessly, keeping the space comfortable, especially during the warmer hours. The location was perfect with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.

Noise from surrounding areas during the night can be bothersome.
